Support the execution and production of our Secret Shows based on the area and location we are hosting a Secret Show. Working closely with The Jazz Exchange admin team, you’ll be the local contact for the crew, production team, artists, to ensure our events run smoothly and safely, represent The Jazz Exchange for local media opportunities, and advise and guide the regional team to support growth and innovation.
In this role, you will interact with customers as they arrive, tickets and check-in while answering basic questions they may have. You will also inform our guests about The Jazz Exchange Secret Show details and work with the hosts of the secret show to make sure guests have a welcoming experience, which will encourage them to attend another secret show.
Support the execution and production of our Secret Shows by capturing footage based on the area and location we are hosting a Secret Show. You will work as part of the media production team that captures images for our Secret Shows.
Media Production Team:
Support the execution and production of our Secret Shows and work as part of the media production team that creates video and audio recordings for our Secret Shows. You will also direct multi-camera studio equipment and video switching, DVRs, switching equipment and a piece of digital editing equipment called an edit controller.
