La dirección exacta le será revelada 24 horas antes del espectáculo, una vez que haya comprado sus entradas.  El espectáculo Jazz Exchange siempre consta de dos actos. El espectáculo comenzará con un músico emergente seguido de un artista destacado en el área. Todos los artistas son seleccionados por nuestro equipo de Jazz Exchange para garantizar que brindamos una experiencia emocionante, diversa y entretenida. Venga con la mente abierta para escuchar música y artistas nuevos en su comunidad local. Confía en nosotros, ¡valdrá la pena!

¿A dónde voy? 

Ya conoces la zona en la que se presentará el espectáculo, y el suspenso casi ha terminado. Un día antes (24 horas) del evento recibirás un correo electrónico con la dirección de la ubicación secreta. Planee estar en el espectáculo a la hora de llegada y busque la señalización de The Jazz Exchange donde se registrará. Nuestros espectáculos secretos están destinados a construir una comunidad creando una experiencia inmersiva que acerca a los invitados y a los artistas. Llegue a tiempo cuando comenzamos nuestro espectáculo, los que llegan tarde interrumpen la actuación y la experiencia de los invitados. Para nosotros es importante que tengas una gran experiencia, ¡especialmente si es tu primera vez!

¿Cómo es el lugar o la ubicación? 

Este lugar local no solo comenzó desde cero, sino que fue el primero en el Caribe mexicano en crear un lugar de este tipo. Este local abre sus puertas para que pruebes su deliciosa producción local de cerveza artesanal y la acompañes con tacos y bocadillos campeones. La joya local se encuentra en una de las calles más hermosas de Playa De Carmen y el mar. 

Estándares de seguridad COVID-19: qué esperar

Su salud y seguridad son importantes para nosotros. Estaremos monitoreando las diferentes áreas para asegurarnos de seguir las reglas y mantener seguros a nuestros invitados y artistas. Actualizaremos a nuestros huéspedes con cualquier mandato requerido si es necesario.

El uso de cubrebocas es requerido al entrar al lugar y  al momento de se sentarse las pueden retirar.

*Important: Please arrive on time, seating will be on a first come first serve basis. Upon arrival find your seats, mingle with new people, and get settled in. Plan on staying for the entire show, so that our artists have an audience to perform for. This is a concert series so come with an open mind to listen to new artists and their music!

How does a secret show work? 

First, find out about The Jazz Exchange Secret Show in your area and purchase your tickets. The exact address of the venue will not be revealed, only the area that the event will take place. Our shows consist of two performances, one by a talented emerging artist followed by an amazing established or legendary artist. The performing artist will remain a secret, the only thing we can promise is that they are the top talent of the area and the show will be amazing! The exact address will be revealed to you 24 hours before the show, once you have purchased your tickets. Arrive at the location and DISCOVER a unique venue, MEET new people, and EXPERIENCE a new artist. Make sure to check the arrival time for your secret show and arrive on time for the full experience. 

How much are the tickets? 

Ticket prices vary depending on the space, date, and location. We try to keep the price reasonable for all our audience members. Check your secret show for the ticket prices.

What kind of music or entertainment will be there? 

The Jazz Exchange show always consists of two acts. The show will start with an emerging musician followed by a featured artist in the area. All artists are selected by our Jazz Exchange team to ensure we bring an exciting, diverse and entertaining experience. Come with an open mind to listen to new music and artists in your local community. Trust us, it will be worth it!

Where am I going? 

You already know the area that the show will be presented, and the suspense is almost over. A day before (24 hours) the event you will receive an email with the address of the secret location. Please plan to be at the show on the arrival time, and look for The Jazz Exchange signage where you will check-in. Our Secret Shows are meant to build community creating an immersive experience that brings guests and artists closer together. Please arrive on time as we begin our show, latecomers disrupt the performance and guest experience. It is important to us that you have a great experience, especially if it is your first time!

What is the venue or location like? 

This local venue not only started from scratch but was the first in the Mexican Caribbean to create such a spot. This venue opens its doors for you to try their delicious local production of craft beer and accompany it with tacos and champion snacks. The local gem is located in one of the most beautiful streets of Playa De Carmen and the sea."

COVID-19 Safety Standards: What to expect

Your health and safety are important to us. We will be monitoring the different areas to make sure we are following the rules and keeping our guests and performers safe. We will update our guests with any mandates required if necessary.

Guests will be required to wear a mask upon arrival and are able to remove their masks when seated.
