When will I be notified?

If your venue/space is selected you will hear back from us via-email with more details regarding your venue and upcoming Secret Show. 

Will my space/venue be safe?

Yes. The Jazz Exchange audience are respectful to all our hosts and spaces. Our team will be there to help set up, clean and tidy things up before and after the concert. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, The Jazz Exchange will take full responsibility. 

Can I invite my own guests or friends?

Of course! When we have discussed the details with you, as a host we reserve a few spots for your guests to attend and experience a Secret Show.

What are the timings of the shows?

The Jazz Exchange shows vary based on the space and venue. We normally base our shows between 5 pm -10 pm on Sundays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. We make sure to work with the host to find the best date possible. 

Why should I host a Jazz Exchange show? 

A Jazz Exchange Secret Shows are a unique experience with live music. On top of having world-class performances at your home or business, hosts benefit by opening their doors to a new audience and clientele all while showcasing your space. 

How does it work? 

The Jazz Exchange will host applications.

If your venue/space fits our criteria we will contact you. Once you have been contacted we will discuss the details for the upcoming show. We look for the best venue/space that would fit the specified Secret Show. Each show and venue are handled differently due to the various spaces and locations. Once approved our team will discuss in more detail with the venue contact.
